Late PAYE filing attracts a penalty of 25% of the tax due or KES 10,000 — whichever is higher — plus interest at 1% per month on the unpaid amount. Our proactive filing ensures you never face these penalties; we file on or before the 9th of each month without fail.
How do the new NSSF Tier II contributions work?
